Mrs. Lisa Trelease
Co-J was a military child, but when her dad retired from the Air Force they moved to Milford, Utah. She was a 3 sport athlete (volleyball, basketball, softball) there and graduated from Milford High School as one of their Valedictorians. Next, she got her associates degree from Snow College, where she was an Ambassador and School Relations Representative. She earned her bachelors degree in Psychology and PE/Coaching from Weber State University. In her free time, Co-J enjoys adventures with her husband and cute puppy like riding motorcycles, paddleboarding, pickleball, hammocking, hiking, spike ball, kan jam and basically any other yard game or card game her and her competitive friends can get their hands on!
