Ms. Kelli Payne
Ms. Payne is from San Diego, California. She grew up in Farmington, Utah and attended Davis High School. Ms. Payne went on to get a Bachelors of Science in History and Psychology from Weber State University. Ms. Payne spent many years dancing, both in high school and at the collegiate level. She coached the drill team at both Davis High School and Westlake High School. She has one son, who is her favorite person in the world.
